RENOVATIONS


Phase 1 — Consultation

  • Discuss your ideas, goals and budget.

  • Assess existing conditions to determine feasibility.

  • Identify any potential risks involved in the project.

  • Review bylaws when required.

  • Prepare a estimate for review.

  • Develop a preliminary schedule for the project.


Phase 2 — Design

  • In the event design has not been previously completed, we can suggest a design company that you can collaborate with.

  • If design is completed, we will review all necessary drawings with floor plans, elevation drawings and specifications in order to obtain permits.


Phase 3 — Budget

  • Prepare comprehensive budget for review.

  • Prepare final contract agreement once estimate and budget has been approved.

  • Determine milestone payment schedule for project.

  • Finalize and sign off on contract agreement to proceed with project construction.


Phase 4 — Construction

  • Attain all necessary building permits.

  • Site preparation.

  • Regular site cleaning and debris removal.

  • Manage sub trades scheduling and coordination.

  • Conduct inspections of sub trade work to ensure standards of excellence are met.

  • Disposal of debris.

  • Conduct final site cleaning.

  • Final walk through with client to ensure project satisfaction.
