Prepare comprehensive budget for review.
Prepare final contract agreement once estimate and budget has been approved.
Determine milestone payment schedule for project.
Finalize and sign off on contract agreement to proceed with project construction.
Phase 4 — Construction
Attain all necessary building permits.
Site preparation.
Regular site cleaning and debris removal.
Manage sub trades scheduling and coordination.
Conduct inspections of sub trade work to ensure standards of excellence are met.
Disposal of debris.
Conduct final site cleaning.
Final walk through with client to ensure project satisfaction.
